Why Choose Hardened Steel Over Brass:

While brass nozzles provide excellent thermal conductivity, they wear quickly when used with abrasive filaments. These hardened steel nozzles maintain their precise dimensions even after extensive use with carbon fiber and other composite materials, eliminating the need for frequent replacements and ensuring consistent print quality.

Note: For optimal performance with hardened steel nozzles, we recommend increasing your printing temperature by 5-10°C compared to brass nozzles to compensate for the slightly lower thermal conductivity.
