Instructions for Safe and Effective Use:
- Connect the current ammeter in series with the 5V input of the charging board for testing.
- The optimal charging current is 0.37C, i.e., 0.37 times the battery capacity. For example, a 1000mAH battery should be charged at 400mA.
- Ensure the charging connection wire is not excessively long or thin to avoid large connection resistance and voltage drop.
- Ensure good connection with the battery for optimal charging efficiency.
- If the 5V input voltage is high (for instance, 5.2 or even 5.5), the charging current might be less than 1000mA, which is normal. The onboard chip will reduce the charge current to prevent overheating.
- Inverting the input will not damage the chip, but reversing the output (battery side) may damage it.
